All day dining at Marcos Bar & Bistro which is tucked away next to the swimming pool on the Dunas complex in Alvor, The Algarve, Portugal. We open from 09.30 until late serving breakfasts, lunches, snacks, afternoon cream teas and evening meals. Indoors or out on the terrace.
About the website...
Marcosalvor.com, now in its fourth year, is the website for our Bar / Bistro. We thought the site would be a good way to keep you up to date with what's happening with us, the bistro and Alvor in general.
We'll endeavour to keep you informed of the latest news and events in our neighbourhood.
We will happily include your photographs in our ever growing photo gallery, if you care to share them with us. We'll be adding our own of course, but hope you will be supplying the rest ( and they don't have to be just photos of the bistro! )
We also have included a guestbook that is as much for the bistro as well as this website. Feel free to say how wonderful your visit was(!), share your comments, make suggestions, ask questions, air criticism if you have any. You may even track down new friends who you have met during your holiday.

Marcos was sad to see ...Richard and Jane go home after 40 nights! ....but is looking forward to seeing them in late Sept / early Oct. We thought about you both when you got home.
